The value of the donation must be greater than CZK 1,000 and also greater than 2% of the tax base.
However, the gift must also be less than 15% of the tax base.
For the tax credit you need to provide a receipt for the donation.

The donor must fall within the list of persons listed in the law: these are mainly municipalities, cities, regions, organizers of public collections, schools, shelters or health organizations.

Ministerstvo financí:
